‘All of Me’: Focusing for creative and life blocks

Do you get sometimes get stuck – want to do something but somehow never get on with it? This is for you!

Focusing brings awareness to the inner dynamics that often appear to work against us in the things we most desire to do or achieve.

We learn to develop our sense of compassionate encounter to the different and sometimes conflicting parts of our self, enabling more acceptance, permission and freedom to live and work creatively.

Details:

9.30 am registration, coffee/tea and meet everyone. Workshops finish at 4pm

£40 (£35 for early birds before 8th May) includes lovely home-cooked lunch

Continuing Professional Development certificates of attendance (6 hours) will be available.
