Self-in-Presence guided audio session

A lot of my clients have asked if I could record the guided exercise I do with them to help them find a calm, quiet space inside themselves. This is audio-only.

It will help you if you are anxious, stressed, sad or simply finding it difficult to concentrate. It is the starting point for further Focusing, but for now, I hope you find it helpful. I plan to do a shorter, five-minute version
